There are very few, if any, resorts in Europe that beat Verbier as a base for our Performance & Adventure courses. Our Coaching team is made up of some of the highest qualified instructors in Verbier many are BASI Examiners. All hold specialist off-piste and Freestyle qualifications and are perfectly placed to help you make massive changes to your skiing.
We tailor the training to our students with much more individual coaching and the smallest groups for coaching of any provider in Verbier. Our flexible training meets the needs of our students rather than being a one size fits all programme.
As with all of our long residential courses, our Verbier Performance & Adventure Course includes avalanche equipment as standard. Avalanche safety and rescue training are essential skills for any aspiring Freeriders. Our team focus on developing these skills throughout the course, and by the end of the programme, you will be able to safely navigate off-piste without a guide.
During the Verbier Performance & Adventure Course, you will spend time race training in gates/stubbies on the Bruson Stade, in the park with Freestyle coaches, in the bumps, working on Piste-Performance and off-course skiing some of the incredible Freeride Terrain that Verbier has to offer.
This combination of training helps you work towards the type of skiing you see in Freeride Competitions. Making you comfortable in the air, skiing at speed and in all conditions.
We have a number of accommodation options in the resort for our Verbier Performance & Adventure course. Those who book early will be able to choose which chalet they would like to be in. If there are dramatic differences in the quality or the location of a property this will be reflected in the cost of the course. Please see the booking section for more details.
Please Note – There is no catering included in our Verbier Packages. They are entirely self-catered.
Property Information:
Le Chable is situated further down the hill and is not located in Verbier town. Le Chable is a great place to live for those looking to focus more heavily on training and their fitness as opposed to those who like to party. A lot of our instructors and trainers live in Le Chable so it’s a great place to base yourself.
Le Chable is a bustling village with its own bars, restaurants, supermarkets and bakery and has all amenities you’ll need. It’s easy to access Verbier in the winter, via the gondola, which takes 13 minutes up to Medran station. The cable car will be open from 5.15 am until 11.50 pm which is free with your lift pass. Buses also run late into the night, with fares costing between 3 – 6 CHF. Choose bus number 251 or opt for a taxi which will set you back slightly more.

*To ski off-piste safely, you must carry a transceiver shovel and probe. We will take you off-piste during your course and highly recommend that all students purchase their own safety equipment. If you don’t purchase avalanche safety equipment you will need to hire it for the off-piste days.
