New Generation is an award-winning Ski School and Ski Instructor Training Centre. We have been coaching skiers since 1998 and know there is no one size fits all solution to achieving your goals.
Our team consists of Instructors and Examiners from around the world. We’re trained in multiple qualification systems and combine our knowledge and understanding of all the different coaching systems into our training programmes. Over the last 25 years, we’ve created the courses we wish we had been able to go on, from Ski Instructor Courses to Performance and Off-Piste Programmes.
Our team have been on some incredible adventures over the years. We want to share those experiences and the knowledge and skills needed to make them a reality with as many people as possible.
Book Direct
We have permanent Ski School Teams based in 19 of Europe’s Best Ski Resorts. When you book a course with us, you’re not just paying a travel agent to organise the trip on your behalf and then funding a member of their team’s holiday while a local guide does all the work.
We organise everything in-house. No agents, no commission, no staff who are just on the trip for the ride. You get better value courses, and we can attract the best coaches by offering the best employment packages. Everyone wins.
We’re incredibly fortunate. We work in some of the most beautiful places on the Planet. Doing something most people can’t believe is a real job. We recognise that we work in an incredibly privileged industry, in a sport that isn’t accessible to all.
We think that Snow Sports have the power to create positive change. Through Skiing and Snowboarding, we can challenge people’s preconceptions of what’s possible for them personally and for the communities we live in.
It’s an undeniable fact that Climate Change disproportionally affects the poor. Snowsports give us a front-row seat to climate change, and we can demonstrate its impact to those who may otherwise be less aware of the problem and the impact of their decisions.

Our Journey with 1% for the Planet is just starting. New Generation is a group of companies spread across multiple countries. Our UK company which handles many of our bookings has signed up to 1% for the Planet and will donate 1% of its revenue to Environmental Charities.
We’ll only use the 1% for the Planet logo once all Companies that are part of the New Generation Group have signed up to 1% for the Planet, and the group is donating 1% of its revenue.
